the breakfast service felt a bit disorganized , and the selection wasn't as broad as i anticipated. finding a comfortable spot by the pool also proved challenging because it was often crowded. i noticed that some areas of the furniture showed signs of wear and tear , like stains and faded colors. the air conditioning in the room struggled to maintain a consistent temperature , fluctuating noticeably throughout the day.

The staff exhibited amazing kindness. They accommodated a tricky flight situation with grace. The hotel has such a lovely style, it is unique and sits right in the center. I found the breakfast delicious and the setting so peaceful. The pool deck was great.

Breakfast had simple options. They tasted fresh and delicious each morning . The restaurant serves tapas. I enjoyed the relaxed setting there. I loved their croissants which are flaky and buttery.

The suite included ample space. It allowed relaxation and suitcase opening. The bathroom has a fantastic shower, a wonderful thing after a long day. The room design had boutique touches. It created a nice stay.

The location was prime offering easy access to everything. it is near great shopping and restaurants. the terrace cafe is amazing. i enjoyed the breakfast. It was excellent with a perfect location and friendly staff.
the room had minimal light and view and featured only two small windows facing another building that was very close.

the staff demonstrated friendliness and helpfulness throughout our stay. check-in was fabulous and efficient. i felt very welcome from the cleaning lady to the reception staff. everybody was great.
